  • Check the pack for leaks or damage before use. Do not use if it's damaged or past its expiry date.
  • Locate the inner pouch and squeeze firmly to rupture it.
  • Shake briefly to mix the contents. You'll feel it start warming within moments.
  • Wrap the pack in 4 to 5 layers of towel or cloth. Do not apply it directly to bare skin.
  • Apply to the stiff or tense area for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • If the pack feels too warm, or your skin's colour changes noticeably, add another layer of cloth or remove it.
  • Do not lie with your full body weight on top of the pack while it's in use.
  • After use, dispose of the pack. It is single-use only and cannot be reheated or reused.

Tampered order:
