  • Plug the power adapter into a wall socket and connect it to the device — no charging required.
  • Slide your feet into the foot pockets, resting your soles against the rollers.
  • Short-press the power button to turn it on; it starts in Mode 1 by default with kneading and air pressure active.
  • Press the Mode key to cycle through 6 preset combinations, or use the individual Pressure, Vibration, Heat, and Kneading keys to fine-tune each function on top of your chosen mode.
  • Each function steps through Low, Medium, and High (Heat has Low and High only); keep pressing until the indicator light turns off to switch that function off entirely.
  • Sit back and relax — the device automatically shuts off after 15 minutes. Keep total daily use to around 30 minutes.
  • After use, unplug the device from the wall.
    Wipe the unit down with a dry or slightly damp cloth — the cover isn't removable, so don't let water enter the device or soak the cover.
  • Check with a doctor before use if you're pregnant, running a fever, or have a heart condition, tumor, or serious illness.
