No more multiple masks for sleep, hot therapy, and cold therapy. Unwind is all three. Soft-touch fabric on both sides for total blackout, plus a reusable hot and cold insert for puffy eyes, tension, or a soothing wind-down before bed. One mask, three ways to feel better.

  • Cooling Method: Refrigerate for a few minutes. Never freeze.
  • Heating Method: Soak in hot water at around 80°C for 5 to 10 minutes, then dry thoroughly. Never microwave.
  • Care: Hand wash the fabric mask; remove the insert before washing

One Unwind sleep mask and one reusable hot and cold insert

  • Insert the pack into the internal pocket of the mask.
  • For cooling therapy, remove the insert and refrigerate it for a few minutes, then place it back in the mask. Never freeze it.
  • For warming therapy, remove the insert and soak it in hot water at around 80°C for 5 to 10 minutes. Dry it thoroughly before placing it back in the mask. Never heat it in a microwave.
  • Before wearing, test the insert's temperature against your wrist to make sure it feels comfortable, not too hot or too cold.
  • Put on the mask and adjust the buckle for a comfortable, snug fit.
  • Remove immediately if you feel any discomfort, excessive cold, or excessive heat.
  • Remove the insert before washing the mask.
    Hand wash the fabric mask separately.

Tampered order:
